I will be live streaming my classes via ZOOM for the foreseeable future.

What will I need to connect?

You can connect via any of the following devices phone, laptop, ipad/tablet.

I’ve never used zoom before, is it easy to use?

Yes, don’t worry, it’s pretty easy to use.   Once you have booked your class I will send you a link. Click on the link, which will open up the class on your device, your mic will be on mute during the class (as it can interfere with other attendees hearing instructions).  You can always unmute yourself if you wish to ask any questions during the class.  I request that you keep your video streaming on as that it will help me with additional teaching queues.  I’d encourage people to join 15 minutes prior to the start of the class to check you can connect and use that time to ask any questions, then spend some time lying down relaxing prior to the start of the class.

 

How do I book a class?

You can book online via my website (yogawithcaroline.co.uk).  Click the book now button which will take you to my booking system.  Select the class pass you would like to purchase.  Use your class pass to book your actual class.  Alternatively if you’d prefer to make a bank transfer instead, feel free to ask me for my banking details.

Do you offer concessions?

Yes, as we are in unprecedented times please pay what you feel is fair/what you can afford while we navigate through these uncertain times together.

Do you offer a recording of the class, should I miss the session?

Yes, as part of my online offering, I’m hoping to record the class and send you a link to use throughout the week.

What yoga equipment do I need?

If you have your own yoga mat, that would be ideal.  Alternatively use a towel/ carpet to work on.  A Blanket is always useful, and maybe a strap (not essential)

What do I wear?

Loose comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement, no footwear required.
