Throughout the year I offer a series of themed 6 week yoga courses and workshops designed to help you build strength, confidence, and ease in your everyday movement. Each course is small, friendly, and accessible – with clear guidance, personalised support, and a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Whether you’re looking to feel stronger, improve mobility, support your core, or simply create a grounding weekly routine, there’s a course to meet you where you are.
