Beginners Yoga
Yoga for Beginners Courses
My Yoga for Beginners Courses are suitable for those looking for a gentle introduction into Yoga, or those returning to Yoga after a break, or for anyone recovering from injury.
The great thing about joining a Beginners Course as opposed to a drop-in class, is that you are fully committed to practise each week. You will learn how your body moves, and will notice changes over the duration of the course.
As a teacher working with the same core group of students each week enables me to tailor the content to each individual in the group as you progress.
We will cover functional movement, breathing practise and relaxation throughout the course.
May/June Course Dates

When: Starts 2nd May – 27th June
Thursday: 6pm – 7:30pm
Drop-in (space permitting)
If there is space a drop-in option will be available.

- 11th Jan – 29th Feb (8 weeks)
- 7th March – 25th April (6 weeks) – excl 4th/11th April
- 2nd May – 27th June (8 weeks) – excl 30th May
- 12th Sept – 24th Oct (7 weeks)
- 7th Nov – 19th Dec (7 weeks)
Monday Beginners Yoga (drop-in)
I offer a drop-in class on a Monday evening.
Location: Yoga for Harmony, Windsor or ONLINE via ZOOM
Monday: 8pm – 9:30pm
Friday Beginners Yoga (drop-in)
I also offer a drop-in class on a Friday evening. A great way to restore and recharge at the end of a busy week.

Friday: 5:30pm – 6:45pm
