Welcome to my Beginner’s Yoga Course – a gentle introduction to yoga designed for everyone, regardless of experience. Discover how yoga can help you restore balance, both physically and mentally.

My classes are inclusive – yoga postures are adapted to suit all levels of mobility. There is no such thing as one-posture-fits-all. With guidance, you work at your own pace. There is no pressure, no performance; you do as much or as little as you need.

Course Dates

The course runs over 6 sessions, from 23rd April to 28th May 2026.

 

Course Location

The Manor Family Hub, Hanover Way, Windsor SL4 5NW or ONLINE via ZOOM.

 

Class Time

Thursday: 6pm – 7.15pm.

 

What if I can’t attend every class?

No need to worry – each class is recorded, so you’ll have access to all class recordings. This way, you can catch up on any sessions you miss at your own convenience.  **Recordings will be available for up to two weeks after the end of each course.

Are drop-In spaces available?

Drop-in spaces may be offered when availability allows. Please check back regularly or get in touch to see if a spot has opened up.
