Join this late‑week class to unwind, reset, and release the build‑up of the working week. Expect to leave feeling restored, clear‑headed, and ready for the weekend ahead.

Suitable for anyone seeking a gentle introduction to yoga. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have practised before, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Classes are inclusive: postures are adapted to suit all levels of mobility, because there is no such thing as one‑posture‑fits‑all. With guidance, you’ll work at your own pace – no pressure, no performance – doing as much or as little as feels right for you.
