Welcome to my Strength and Stability Yoga Course – Build strength, confidence, and ease in your everyday movement with this supportive 6 week yoga course designed for all levels. Perfect if you want to feel steadier, stronger, and more grounded – without pushing, forcing, or rushing your body.

This course blends functional strength, mobility, balance work, and mindful movement to help you move with more freedom and stability both on and off the mat.

Small and Supportive Classes

Class sizes are intentionally kept small (8 – 10 students) so you receive personalised guidance and feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout the course.

  • Hip, knee, and ankle stability
  • Core and pelvic girdle support
  • Shoulder and upper‑body strength
  • Balance and coordination
  • Breathing practises and relaxation to unwind after the day

Every session is accessible, adaptable, and designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Pricing

£90 – this course runs as a 6 week block, offering consistency, commitment, and a clear progression week by week.

Course Dates

The course runs over 6 sessions, from 2nd June to 7th July 2026.

The Manor Family Hub, Hanover Way, Windsor SL4 5NW or ONLINE via ZOOM.

 

Class Time

Tuesday: 6pm – 7.30pm.

 

What if I can’t attend every class?

No need to worry – each class is recorded, so you’ll have access to all class recordings. This way, you can catch up on any sessions you miss at your own convenience.  **Recordings will be available for up to two weeks after the end of each course.

Are drop-In spaces available?

Drop‑in spaces aren’t available for this course. To keep the group small and consistent, the course runs as a full 6 week block.
