Pregnancy Yoga and Birth Education

 

I offer regular YogaBirth classes.  This unique class consists of Pregnancy Yoga, relaxation, and at the end of the class an informal chat on a topic Pregnancy, Birth or Motherhood related. Tea and biscuits supplied.

We chat about various topics, such as:-

  • How to support physiological birth
  • What to expect during labour
  • Hormones that support labour
  • Gentle caesarean
  • Optimizing your birth environment to support birth
  • Induction of Labour, what to expect
  • Estimated due dates
  • ‘Big’ babies
  • Postnatal support

and any other Pregnancy, Birth and Motherhood topics you’d like to discuss.
