These classes are the perfect way to release tension and de‑stress after a busy day or week, preparing you for a restful night’s sleep. Join the Friday session to draw a line under your working week – you’ll leave feeling nourished, refreshed, and ready for the weekend ahead.

Suitable for anyone seeking a gentle introduction to yoga. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have practised before, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

Classes are inclusive: postures are adapted to suit all levels of mobility, because there is no such thing as one‑posture‑fits‑all. With guidance, you’ll work at your own pace – no pressure, no performance – doing as much or as little as feels right for you.

Each class includes:

– Breathing practices
– Relaxation techniques
