Restore Balance and Rest Deeply
This class focuses on Pelvic Floor health. Whether you are experiencing issues such as lower back pain, you’re in postpartum recovery or experiencing peri/post-menopausal symptoms, this class will help you restore balance, not only physically but to your mental health too. The class concludes with a deep relaxation, which is perfect to help with a good nights rest.
Suitable for anyone wanting to restore balance, with a focus on pelvic health and strength, whether you’re a complete beginner or have practised yoga before, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
Classes are inclusive: postures are adapted to suit all levels of mobility, because there is no such thing as one‑posture‑fits‑all. With guidance, you’ll work at your own pace – no pressure, no performance – doing as much or as little as feels right for you.
