Congratulations on the birth of your baby!
Mummy and Baby Yoga is a great way to assist your recovery post birth, to do something just for you together with your baby. You deserve a little kindness too.
This class is suitable from your 6 week check-up for vaginal births and after your scar has healed for caesarean births (usually around 8-10 weeks).
What to expect in the mummy and baby postnatal yoga class.
- We start the class with introductions and then learn some Baby Massage techniques to settle your baby.
- Gentle yoga based movements to help your recovery post-birth.
- Pelvic Floor and abdominal awareness to help strengthen and tone.
- Release tension from your upper back, neck and shoulders.
- Simple breathing techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety.
- Relaxation to help with sleep deprivation.
- Opportunity to connect with local mums, and share experiences.

Location: Clewer Parish Hall, 39 Parsonage Ln, Clewer, Windsor, SL4 5EW
Tuesday 11am – 12.30pm
Duration Courses are 6 weeks long
I incorporate Baby Massage as part of the course.
If you would like to learn baby massage techniques as a stand alone class, do get in touch.
