My classes are inclusive—yoga postures are adapted to suit all levels of mobility. There is no such thing as one-posture-fits-all. With guidance, you work at your own pace. There is no pressure, no performance; you do as much or as little as you need.

Course Location

You can join my Beginner’s Yoga Course in person at Yoga for Harmony, 143a Arthur Rd, Windsor, SL4 1RU or participate online from the comfort of your home via Zoom.

Course Dates

The course runs over 10 sessions from 2nd October 2025 to 11th December 2025.  (Please note: No class on 30th October)

Class Time

Thursdays, 6:00pm – 7:15pm

What if I can’t attend every class?

No need to worry—each class is recorded, so you’ll have access to all class recordings (recordings will be available up to 31st Dec 2025). This way, you can catch up on any sessions you miss at your own convenience.
