Suitable from 6 weeks post birth, after your 6 week check up.

Babies are very welcome at this class.

In our post-natal yoga class we include:

  • Gentle yoga based movements to help your recovery post-birth.
  • Pelvic Floor and abdominal awareness to help strengthen and tone these muscles.
  • Simple breathing techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety which help nurture you and your baby.
  • Relaxation to help with sleep deprivation.
  • Baby Massage Techniques.
  • Opportunity to connect with other local moms and babies.
