Babies are very welcome at this class.
In our post-natal yoga class we include:
- Gentle yoga based movements to help your recovery post-birth.
- Pelvic Floor and abdominal awareness to help strengthen and tone these muscles.
- Simple breathing techniques to help relieve stress and anxiety which help nurture you and your baby.
- Relaxation to help with sleep deprivation.
- Baby Massage Techniques.
- Opportunity to connect with other local moms and babies.
